Although this file is 5th grade vocabulary, there are numerous terms which overlap and build from previous years.  The list covers concepts students are expected to know and a few new that are introduced in 5th: exponent, volume, and some fraction concepts.

 

These terms can be very helpful when learning a new or familiar concept.  It is also helpful to make flashcards throughout the school-year.
