This will be my 10th year as media coordinator at Hall-Woodward. I love teaching at Hall-Woodward because the students are awesome and they love reading. EBOB (Elementary Battle of the Books) is one of my favorite ways to get fourth and fifth grade students to read great books!
I earned my BS in School Library Science from Appalachian State University and my Master of Library Science from the University of NC at Greensboro.
Some of my favorite hobbies include cooking and reading.
My family includes my husband, who ia a project manager for a mechanical contracting firm, my daughter, who is a professional violinist, and my son, who is a journalist.
I have a small dog named Ollie, who is half dachshund and half labrador retriever!
