    CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 2017 LADY SPARTANS!
    Made it to the Championship Game of Forysth Cup for the first time.
    Finished the season 12-8-1 overall record and a second place finish in the CPC.

    WINTER PRESEASON VOLUNTARY WORKOUTS/ D1 SPORTS CONDITIONING: TBD 
    Attendance is not mandatory for these workouts but students are encouraged to attend as many as their scheduled will allow. Students will do practice fitness tests and scrimmage during workouts. You must have an up-to-date physical and all other eligibility paperwork on file with the athletic department to be allowed to participate.  Students will need to bring cleats, running shoes, and shinguards to each workout; Wear layers for the cold weather conditions. See Coach Smith for the exact workout schedule as there will be no workouts during winter break or exam week.
     
    For participation at D1 SPORTS students must complete all D1 paperwork and set up an account with a credit card to pay for each session. Students are charged per session they attend.  
     
     
     
    FITNESS TESTS: Students must pass fitness to be eligible to play for a team.
    ONE-MILE: 7:15 for Varsity and 7:30 for Junior Varsity 
    20 Meter Continuous Beep Test: Level 9 for Varsity and Level 7 for Junior Varsity 
     
    Any student who does not have an up-to-date physical and eligibility paperwork on file will not be allowed to tryout until these forms are turned in. Students will need to bring cleats, running shoes, and shinguards to each day; Wear layers for the cold weather conditions.
