Hall-Woodward Elementary's comprehensive School Counseling Program is based on developmental concepts and theories which recognize the strengths of each student. The program is preventative and proactive; it encourages students, staff, and community members to appreciate the contributions, rights, and responsibilities of themselves and others. We believe that every child deserves an equitable education, in which they are supported and accepted regardless of their race, culture, religion, ability, background, or lifestyle. We believe it is important to educate all students in areas of academics, behavior, career, personal/social development in a collaborative partnership with faculty and staff, parents and guardians, and members of the community.
