Students access compass learning almost daily. This is a useful site where students can read and listen to text as well as answer questions about what they have read. Students know their login and passwords.

Students can access various reading and language games from our school's website. Students are familiar with the various games as they access almost daily.

 

Important areas of focus in reading this year include being able to refer to the text for answers, using context clues to understand unknown words, identifying main idea, finding details that support the main idea, determining central message, and determining the  moral.
