The Career Center hosted the inaugural Cheerwine Cook-Off Saturday, March 21, 2015. Proceeds will help support the Career Center Culinary Program.

There were twenty entries in three divisions. The contestants ranged from four years-old to several decades years-old and boy, did we have food! Cupcakes, cheesecake, salads, ribs, meatballs, pies, muffins, chili, shrimp and a couple of dishes that defied description - but we had it.
Michael Hastings, Robin Myers, Carolyn Corman and Aric Clinkscales served as judges.
Most importantly - 1,917 cherrylicious THANK-YOU's to Joy Ritchie and the wonderful folks at Cheerwine for their support and willingness to invest in our community and our young people.
