Officer M.P. Moore, a 10 year veteran of the Winston-Salem Police Department, is the

School Resource Officer (SRO) for R.J. Reynolds. 

When Officer Moore started working for the police department he was assigned

to the Patrol Division for the eastern section of Winston-Salem. 

From that department he moved to the SRO program. 

He worked at Main Street Academy before coming to RJR.

Officer Moore has received the WSPD Medal of Valor,

the WSPD Medal of Merit and was selected as

the 2014 Officer of the Year.
