I am currently in my first year of teaching social studies here at Thomas Jefferson Middle School.  I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2010 with a degree in Sociology. After graduating, I worked as a Behavioral Support Counselor with at risk youth for a non-profit organization. I spent the past two years working at Jefferson in the EC department.  In addition to teaching Social Studies on the Huskies team, I will be helping coach the boys and girls soccer team as well as the boys volleyball team. I also coach lacrosse at Mt. Tabor High School.
