• Kenya Rocker is the Director of Student Services for Atkins High School.  Ms. Rocker is a graduate of North Carolina Central University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.  Ms. Rocker also earned a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She has been granted national certification by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.  Ms. Rocker has over 20 years of school counseling experience.  She has worked on both the middle and high school levels.  Ms. Rocker is currently in her eleventh year at Atkins High School.
    In addition to the overall management of the Student Services Department, Ms. Rocker oversees the following programs and initiatives offered at Atkins:

    Scholarship Committee 
    Governor's School
    Academic & Career Counseling
