Battle of the Books - Mrs. Stinehelfer

    rkstinehelfer@wsfcs.k12.nc.us

Battle of the Books (BOB) is a book competition initiated by the North Carolina School Library Media Association (NCSLMA.)  A state committee puts together the list of books for the school year, and teams compete by answering questions about the books.  The Whitaker team is open to 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who are willing to read - and re-read - the books on the list, so they can become "experts" on the books.  Battle of the Books meets on Wednesdays after school. You can learn more about Battle of the Books and see this year's booklist by visiting the NCSLMA website:  http://www.ncslma.org/ebob
