Welcome to Music Class!  My name is Michelle Owen and this is my 27th year teaching music.  I hold a Bachelors of Music degree from Radford University and I am very excited to be a part of the Speas family. I am a trained vocalist with  three years of private voice instruction and I also studied two years of private piano.  I have experience with theatre performance and I feel that I am truly "at home" when I am on stage.   I am married and I have two wonderful children.  We also have a Jack Russell terrier named Toby who shares our home!  I enjoy playing the piano, reading and spending time with my family.  I also enjoy performing with the praise and worship band at Triad Baptist church in Kernersville.
