    A little bit about myself:  I am a 1990 graduate of Cabrillo High School in Lompoc, CA where I grew up.  I graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in chemistry in 1994 and a masters degree in education in 1996.  I taught and coached at R.J. Reynolds High School for nine years and I have been at Reagan High School since it opened in 2005 which is a total of 21 years in education.  I achieved my National Board Certification in 2004.
