• Hello. I’m Kenneth Carter, a Teacher Assistant here at Lowrance where only the most exceptional children attend.  I have been on staff for 12 years and enjoy  being a part of successfully assisting our exceptional students in achieving specific goals set aside just for them.  I am a product of the WSFCS system, and a graduate of Winston-Salem State University I look forward to assisting our exceptional youth in their development, achievement, and fulfillment of their priorities as they also seek to acquire their exceptional livelihoods.
