Hi parents and students. I am Cindy Garland and this is my first year at Lowrance. I graduated years ago from Appalachin State and have a degree in Speech Pathology. Since then I have filled, not only teaching positions, but those in the private sector, as well. I am happy to be back with your students as a TA while being a part of this great team!!!
