I grew up in the foothills of the North Carolina. Married my high school sweetheart and we have 3 beautiful children. I attended Surry Community and graduated with an Associates Degree. I went on to attend Appalachian State University and graduated with a degree  in Special Education. I have been teaching for over 18 years.   It is such a joy and privilege to  work at Lowrance Middle School. We have a great staff and wonderful students .
