• Our teachers and staff continue to work hard to make the transition to Plan B hybrid instruction possible. During Plan B, we provide synchronous instruction to remote learning students and in-person learning students at the same time. Refer to the PHMA Plan B Bell Schedule.

Remote learning students and all 7th- and 8th-grade students should continue to access instruction via Canvas for synchronous (MS Teams or Zoom) instructional links and asynchronous instruction. Please note we will begin the Monday/Thursday A-Day, W.O.W (asynchronous Wednesday), and Tuesday/Friday B-Day schedule next week. Refer to the WS/FCS A/B Calendar.

Prior to reporting to school on Monday, all in-person students should know how to wash their hands based on CDC guidelines (see CDC Handwashing Videos). In-person learning 6th Grade students can begin arriving on campus as early as 6:50 a.m. to be screened, receive breakfast, and report to homeroom for their schedules. In-person students must arrive on campus by 7:25 a.m. Free lunch, breakfast, and meal kits for the days students are not face-to-face are available for all students. Face masks should be donned at all times. Additional face masks, opportunities to wash hands, and sanitizers will be available for students throughout the day.  In-person students should bring their iPads to school each day. Additionally, in-person students can bring the following to school:

    • drawstring bag
    • personal hygiene items
    • lunch or light snack to accompany lunch
    • water bottles are permitted as students will not have access to water fountains
    • personal pencil pouch/box
    • hand sanitizer

Instructional supplies from the Middle School Supply List will be provided for all students, both remote and in-person. In-person students have personalized ziplock bags that include their supplies for each class period. Remote students should schedule a time to pick up school supplies at the pick-up window or request supplies to be dropped off at their home by contacting our school.

Again please contact our school if we can assist you in supporting our young people.
