Culinary Arts is an international National Restaurant Association Education Foundation high school program that unites the classroom and hospitality industry to develop the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s restaurant and foodservice leaders. Students will learn the fundamentals of safety and sanitation practices, basic knife skills, menu planning, and food production skills. Additionally, students can earn an industry-recognized certification that makes them eligible for scholarship opportunities and course credits at many of the country's leading hospitality and culinary arts colleges and universities.
