Please allow me to share a little of my background with you.  I've taught in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth Co. School system since 1995. Before that I was Sales Development Manager for the Winston-Salem Journal and Marketing Director for an architectural firm.  I worked for Media General for 15 years in marketing.  After receiving my MBA, I created, owned and operated a nurse anesthetist placement agency for ten years before deciding to teach.

My degrees include an MBA from Wake Forest University, a BS in Human Resources Management from Guilford College and an AA in Business Education from University of South Florida.  I completed course work at both Salem College and NCA&T in order to receive my teaching certificates in both Business and Social Studies grades 9-12.

I sponsor three clubs here at West Forsyth - FBLA, the No'Bacco Club (an anti-tobacco club)  and the Japanese Culture Club. The Japanese Culture Club meets every Tuesday after school. The No'Bacco Club meets every Thursday after school.  And FBLA meets the first Thursday of each month after school..
