    Who Do I Call if I Have a Problem?

    First, try to trouble-shoot the problem yourself by checking the Q & A and Helpful Hints pages or consult your Building Level Technologist (BLT.) If this is not possible then let one of the following support staff know. Should there be questions about technology, software, training, equipment, ordering, email, network connection, hardware issues, viruses, adware, laptops, wireless connectivity, printing, NCWISE, webpages, data projectors, flash drives, lost files, home directories and anything else not listed but related to technology, here is who to call, email, or drop a note to...
