    Mission and Purpose of CTE:

The mission of the CTE program is to prepare students to be world-class workers and citizens in our global economy with the purpose of emphasizing real-world skills and practical knowledge. Upon high school graduation and the completion of a CTE sequence of courses, students may choose to enter the workforce, to enroll in a community college or enroll in a 4-year university.

    CTE Programs:

Programs in CTE are developed to respond to the needs of the economy. To assist in responding to the needs, CTE programs partner with community leaders and organizations through advisory groups that provide support in planning, implementing and evaluating programs. The curriculum in each course is competency-based and provides instruction in the skills and knowledge needed for students to achieve success in their chosen Career Pathway Program of Study.
