Meet Ms. Norman
I was born and raised in a small town just north of Winston Salem named Walnut Cove. I am a small town girl at heart. I was raised around farms and tractors and loved every second of it. It is there that I developed a passion for teaching. I am from a family of teachers and they have influenced me throughout my life. It is with these influences that I pursued a career in education. They have instilled in me the passion of teaching and that as a teacher you can change the world one child at a time.
I have recently graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Math and Science.  While in my time at ECU, I participated in the East Carolina University Marching Pirates as a member of their colorguard. This allowed for me to travel to many football games throughout the United States. I traveled to the Papa Johns Bowl in 2006 and the  Liberty Bowl in 2009 and 2010.  I am truly a PIRATE for life!!!!

I am currently seeking my Masters of Education in Technology Education from North Carolina State University.
I also have a passion for sports, more specifically BASEBALL and football.
