    ABOUT ME 
     

    I love to teach art! My name is Mrs. Paige and this is ninth year at Clemmons Elementary and my 12th year teaching art for the WSFC schools.  I ask my students to always try their best, listen carefully and follow directions, not to be afraid to try new things, use your imagination and be creative!

     

    CURRICULUM

    Our art program is based upon a Discipline Art Education(DBAE) approach.  This method inspires art teachers to use the North Carolina Standard Course of Study as the basis for developing the visual arts programming for each individual classroom. The elementary art education program establishes a solid foundation in the elements and principles of design.  Your child will be involved in looking at art as well as learning the language of art.
