East Forsyth High School

 

I'd like to take just a moment to introduce myself.  This is my fourth year teaching Spanish at East Forsyth, and I am excited to be in my "senior" year as an Eagle.  Before joining the Eagle teaching staff, I taught English and Spanish at Atkins high school.  I attended Appalachian State University where I double majored in English and Spanish education before earning a masters degree from Wake Forest University.  I recently began a second masters online through ECU - and I love being a student as well as a teacher again!  I grew up in Kernersville, and graduated from East Forsyth High School, so I have a long-standing relationship with the campus and the Eagle family.  When I'm not at work, I enjoy reading, cooking (although, sadly, I'm not a great cook yet), outdoor activities, and watching sports.  I particularly enjoy ASU football!
