This is my 34th year teaching, my 16th within the Winston-Salem/ ForsythCountySchools. In addition to teaching second grade, I have taught grades kindergarten, 3, 4, 5 ,6, 7, 8, reading, AIG, and high school. I graduated from BelmontAbbey College and furthered my studies at WakeForestUniversity and WesternCarolinaUniversity. I lost my wonderful husband to cancer. I am blessed with a daughter who is senior in high school and four dachshunds fur babies named Mia, Zoey, Roxie and Max to our family.
