    ducks Spring has Sprung!
     Spring is definitely here and I know we are all looking forward to summer vacation!  The children have been working hard this last half of the school year, playing and learning in centers, participating in story time, and by interacting with each other.  Even though the year is coming to an end, please continue to work with your child--read to them, have them practice writing each night, and work with them in learning numbers, letters, letter sounds, and their kindergarten sight words.  It will help them greatly as they move on to kindergarten.
     
     Please check out the calendar page.  We have several important events happening in our class, as well as the school.  Mother's Day breakfast is Friday May 6, Field Day is Friday May 20, and our end of the year celebration is Friday May 27 at Harmon Park.  Please continue to check your child's folder for important updates.  As always, we look forward to seeing you each day!  Thank you for all you do for your child and us!
