I am very excited about the year ahead! My goal is to help students at Ibraham Elementary and instill their love of readng. I am Ms. Hinshelwood and continuing my journey in education as a media specailist, supporting students with assitance in literacy. I received my B.A. in Elementary Education from Appalachain University and currently working on my M.S. in Library Science from NC Central. I taught in the classroom for thirteen years and looking forward to using those skills I learned in the media center.

Throughout the year I work with students in many ways, some of which include literacy lessons, finding books for students they will enjoy, and teaching current technology to enhance their skills.
