    Meet your physical education grade teacher...Mrs. Carolyn Faircloth

    Hi! My name is Mrs. Carolyn Faircloth. I am looking forward to working with you and your child this year in physical education at Kernersville Elementary. 

    First let me tell you a little bit about me...

    This is my seventh year as a teacher here at Kernersville Elementary School. I am so excited that this year I will be teaching physical education to kindergarten through fifth grade.   I have been working with students here at KES since 2007 while I was completing my Masters in Education at UNC-Greensboro. I feel so blessed to be the physical education teacher at Kernersville Elementary and also a Wildcat!!

    Outside of the classroom, I have a wonderful husband, Craig, a four year old son, Keegan, and a two year old son, Brycen.  I greatly enjoy watching my children learn and grow and I look forward to sharing many stories about them in the class.  In addition, I also love to be outdoors with my family and our dog, Lucy. I am an avid scuba diver and love all things having to do with the ocean as you can tell through my classroom decor. My favorite place to visit is Disney World as it is such a magical place and it allows me to feel like a child again.
