         My name is Ms. Patty DeWitt.  I consider it a great privilege and responsibility to be a part of your child's education and life!  I love teaching 1st Grade at Kernersville Elementary School!
        
           First Grade is a wonderful year in school.  We will grow as readers and problem solvers.  We will make new friends and become more independent as we continue as life long learners!  I am ready to be on this journey with you!
