    About Us

    Teacher

My name is Paula Ijames and this is my fifteenth year teaching. I taught Pre-K Exceptional Children in Forsyth County for seven years and More at Four students in Davie County for two years. Currently, this is my seventh year teaching kindergarten at Kimmel Farm Elementary.
I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill and my Bachelor of Science Degree in Birth to Kindergarten Education and Master of Education degree in Elementary Education from Winston-Salem State University. I am active on the Kimmel Farm PTA and currently serve as the Family Fun Coordinator.

On a personal level, I am not married and do not have any children.  My hobbies include:  spending time with my family and friends; spoiling my dog, Katie; walking and running; reading; white water rafting; and camping.
I am excited about this school year and I look forward to working with your child!

    Teacher Assistant
My name is Pamela Ingram-Jackson (Mrs. Jackson).  It is a pleasure to be your child's Assistant Teacher this year.  I have been working with children practically all my life.  I have over twenty-nine experience as a lead teacher, assistant teacher, and as a counselor.  I have also worked with children with disabilities.  Additionally, I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Personally, I have a fifteen-year-old daughter named Kianna (KiKi), who attends high school.  During my spare time, I like to go to the movies, go bowling, swim, listen to gospel music, and spend lots of time with my family.
I am so excited about Jesus giving me the opportunity to be a part of your child's life.  My goals are to help your child succeed and learn all that he/she can, which will come with lots of love, encouragement, belief, and, more importantly, patience.  If we all work together as a team, we can accomplish a many things!
