    Bienvenidos al rincón de ESL! Mi nombre es Ericka Hunt y yo soy la maestra de Inglés como Segunda Lengua. Yo soy de Costa Rica y he vivido aquí por veinte años. Tengo una maestría en Enseñanza del Inglés como Segundo Idioma y he estado enseñando ESL en la Escuela Old Richmond por dieciseis años y este es mi segundo año como maestra de medio tiempo en Gibson Elementary. Me encanta enseñar ESL en esta escuela y quiero mucho a todos mis estudiantes! Siempre vienen a mi salón con una sonrisa y dispuestos a trabajar con muchas ganas.
     
    Es muy importante que los padres se mantengan informados de lo que está pasando en la escuela y de cómo poder ayudar a sus hijos con el estudio. Siempre estoy disponible en caso que hayan preguntas o dudas. Si desea hablar conmigo por favor llámeme a la escuela y le devolveré la llamada pronto. Espero poder hablar con ustedes en el futuro.

    Welcome to the ESL corner! My name is Ericka Hunt and I am the English as a Second Language Teacher. I am from Costa Rica and I've lived in North Carolina for twenty years. I have a Master's Degree in English as a Second Language and I have been teaching ESL at Old Richmond Elementary for sixteen years and this is my second year as a part-time teacher at Gibson Elementary. I love teaching ESL at this school and I love my students! They always come in my classroom with a smile and very willing to work hard and do their best. 

    It is extremely important that parents stay informed with what's going on at school and with ways they can help their child succeed at school.
