    Welcome to Rural Hall!  I teach second and third grade students.  I use researched based programs to improve math, written expression, and reading. I am following the standard course of study with modifications.   We are working on Number Worlds for math computation and math reasoning. My students use Touchmath strategies to help with math computation skills.   In reading, we will continue to participate in Reading Mastery lessons which improve decoding and fluency.
     Parents, please remember to complete homework assignments every night.  Read with your child each night.  Your child should have a book in their homework folder.
