          Welcome Scientists!  My name is Cathy Smith.  I have been a Speas Bee for 23 years. I am so excited that science is on the rotation of specials.  We take care of the vegetable garden and the outdoor classroom. We hope to have a green house this year.  We use tons of hands on science activities that use inquiry to learn!    
          We use PBIS as our discipline program at Speas.  We strive to BEE our B.E.S.T at all we do!  Take a moment to learn what it means to BEE your B.E.S.T.  The students earn bees each month which they can turn in for an incentive party or spend at the Bee Store.
