Each child has an Oscar magnet with their name.  As they are caught showing good manners, doing homework and trying their best throughout the day, they are asked to move up on the our Oscar Chart.  The first placement is "thumbs up".  The second placement is two thumbs up and the third is V.I.P. (Very Important Person).  Students are recognized in different ways for being in the "VIP section!"
