• The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is created each year by the School Improvement Team (SIT).  This document guides our school instructional practices, shapes the learning environment to best benefit our students and staff, and informs the faculty, parents, and the public of our measurable goals for the current school year.  It’s created using Indistar, an online tool that helps schools to monitor specific indicators towards school improvement.

The SIP is built from data gathered and analyzed by the SIT.  This process is called a Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) and involves all members of the SIT.

The SIT is comprised of members of the school faculty, parents, students, and business partners.  The SIT Team meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3:15 p.m. in the Media Center.
