Meet Mr. Vorbroker
 
 
Beginning Spring 2015, I became the principal at Piney Grove Elementary. Prior to coming to PGE, I was Assistant Principal at Clemmons Elementary. I was the Assistant Principal at Mocksville Elementary School in Davie County, and before that I was at Vienna Elementary School for 13 years. I taught fifth grade for 10 years and was the Technology Specialist for my first three years.
 
I haven't always been in Education. Before moving to North Carolina, I worked in Chicago for 15 years as a Networking Communications Consultant for several large corporations. During that time I had the opportunity to travel Europe, Asia, South America, and all over the United States working on computer networks.
 
My hometown is Detroit, MI. I received my undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Detroit. I got my teaching degree here in Winston-Salem at Salem College and my administration degree at Appalachian State University.
