    About Me:
    This is my seventh year teaching and my third year at Reagan. I have three fur-babies, Kaydee, Millie, and Bo Jackson. I love to sing, read, and shop! I am also the Student Government Association Sponsor and JV Girls Assistant Basketball Coach. I look forward to meeting all of you this year, and I know we will have an awesome semester!

    Course Description and Guidelines:

     The purpose of this course is to provide students with an accelerated study of various literature, composition, grammar, and vocabulary. Freshman English instruction focuses on the central themes of maturation, diversity, and the development of compassion, empathy, and respect for others. Students will be introduced to the classics of literature and will be required to complete outside reading assignments with written and oral language exercises.  Oh – and I promise we’ll have fun, too.

    English 1 Supplies:

    ·         Any three-ring notebook with four dividers (Label dividers with sections for DGP, Vocabulary, Literature, Channel One)

    ·         Highlighters

    ·         A flash drive (Strongly suggested, but not required. Any brand.)

    ·         Paper & pens/pencils (blue or black ink only)

    ·         One box Kleenex or Puffs (please!)
