I look forward to serving Walkertown High School as our Assistant Principal of Instruction.  I bring a vast amount of curriculum and instructional coaching experience and served as an Instructional Facilitator, District PLT Coach, and District Social Studies Instructional Coach. My undergraduate degree is from High Point University, and I earned my master's degree and administrative licensure from UNC-Greensboro, and he is a former elementary teacher.
Prior to my work as an instructional coach, I taught for eighteen years in various grades in both Guilford and Forsyth county.
Personally, my wife Stephanie and I have two sons. Our oldest, Jacob is 19 and is a sophomore student-athlete at UNCW and plays on the baseball team. Our youngest son Tyler is 16 and is a rising junior at SW Guilford high school. He too plays baseball and is hoping to follow in his big brother's footsteps and play in college someday.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, travel, watch and attend sporting events (especially baseball) and hang out with our friends.
