Welcome to fourth grade!  This year begins my sixth year of teaching.  I began my teaching career 2009, after being a nurse for nine years.  I began teaching K-3 title math in Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina.  I started teaching fourth grade in Hoke County in 2011.  In 2012, I was named Elementary Math Teacher of the year.  The summer of 2012 I moved to Winston Salem and started my career at Whitaker. 

 

I graduated from Carlow University in 2009 with a degree in Elementary Education and obtained my masters degree in Instructional Technology from Duquesne University in 2010.
