    Calling All Reading Ravens!
    BOB Coach: Mr. Buchanan (bebuchana@wsfcs.k12.nc.us)

The purpose of the Battle of the Books is to encourage reading. Students are exposed to quality literature representing a variety of literary styles by well-known authors. The game format of BOB helps create interest and excitement in reading. Through the excitement of the competition, students improve reading skills, mature in their choices of reading materials and learn about the world around them. We will announce times and dates for meetings, but until then, start reading the books listed below!
