Book Character Day Friday, October 30, 2026
In Ms. Hutchins' class, students practiced counting objects, recognizing numbers, and matching quantities to numbers up to 10. Through a fun, hands-on recipe activity, students explored how math connects to everyday life while demonstrating their understanding in meaningful ways!
Our 3rd through 5th grade students enjoyed learning about percussions with the Winston-Salem Symphony on Friday.

This week, our school-age students have had the opportunity to celebrate Fat Bear Week!
Fat Bear Week is an annual event where our friends in Alaska celebrate the bears as they prepare for winter hibernation. Our students have had so much fun learning about this unique event, creating engaging activities, and even exploring their very own bear cave!
