MTSS Interventions
Name/Title/Role:
Tracey Patrick, MTSS Interventionist
Description of Services Provided:
As the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Interventionist, I collaborate with teachers, families, and school leadership to implement evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions tailored to the needs of all students, particularly those requiring additional support. My role focuses on data-driven decision-making to ensure equitable access to resources and interventions that promote student success.
Team Information:
While my primary responsibilities are to provide direct interventions, I also work closely with classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and the School Improvement Team (SIT) to monitor progress, analyze data, and refine strategies for continuous improvement. Our collective goal is to create a supportive environment where every student can thrive.
Additional Details for Parents and Families:
Parents are encouraged to connect with me if they have concerns about their child’s academic or behavioral progress. Through individualized support plans, regular communication, and family engagement, I strive to empower parents as partners in their child's education.
