WSFCS Tech Agreements Forms

Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools began a 1:1 student device program in the 2021-2022 school year. All students in grades 3-12 received a Chromebook to use for classroom and remote instruction. Chromebooks are an instructional resource that will empower students to access online instructional materials from anywhere at any time. You can read more about the district program here.

In order for your student to receive a district issued Chromebook, they must return a signed Device Agreement Form (available below). Hard copies of the form will be available at Open House or will be sent home the first day of school. Students participating in the program will receive a Chromebook, charging adapter, and protective case. Devices will be distributed to students some time in the first two weeks of school.

If you would not like your student to participate, you are able to opt-out. Students will be able to borrow Chromebooks during the school day, but they will not be able to take them home.
