Discover what it’s like to walk in the shoes of a school principal.
Through a special partnership between Greater Winston-Salem Inc. and Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, community leaders are invited to take part in an immersive "Principal for a Day" experience on February 12, 2025.
Spend a day shadowing a WS/FCS principal in a local public school to gain firsthand insights into the challenges, responsibilities, and impactful decisions of school leadership. This unique opportunity not only allows participants to learn about the complexities of leading a school but also to share their own expertise and perspectives.
The day will conclude with a collaborative luncheon, featuring dynamic table discussions on ways to strengthen the connection between the business community and local education. Together, we can build stronger schools and a brighter future for our students!
