I have concerns about my child transporting a device to and from school. Can I opt-out of this program?

Yes you can.  You will have the option to opt-out of the 'take home' portion of this program.  Your student will be considered a 'day user' and still have access to a Chromebook while attending class at school.

Your student is still responsible for the care of the equipment at school.   If it is determined that intentional damage was caused to the Chromebook you may still be assessed charges.  

I have a dog that chewed the AC adapter. Can I get a replacement?

Yes you can get a replacement adapter from us.  You will be charged the replacement cost for the replacement adapter.  Current cost can be found under the 'Fee Schedules'.

At no time should you use or order your own replacement adapter.  We require OEM authentic parts.
