Accountability & Continuous Improvement

The Office of Accountability & Continuous Improvement

The Office of Accountability and Continuous Improvement is responsible for data collection, reporting, and evaluation. In fulfilling this role, the Office of Accountability and Continuous Improvement works closely with other Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools departments to ensure the data that is needed is collected and reported in a way that helps various stakeholders make decisions that will improve student outcomes.  In addition, the Office of Accountability and Continuous Improvement works with community agencies in a partnership known as the Data Sharing Project.  This unique project allows community agencies to better understand the impact of their work through data sharing and evaluation.  To provide the district with financial support needed to achieve the goals in the strategic plan, the Office of Accountability and Continuous Improvement also seeks and helps to implement and evaluate grants.
