ME11 Entrepreneurship I - Evaluate going into business and working for or operating a small business. Emphasis is on the exploration of feasible ideas of products/services, research procedures, financing, marketing, and access to resources for starting a small business. Develop components of a business plan and evaluate startup requirements. English language arts and social studies are reinforced. This course is eligible for honors weight.
ME12 Entrepreneurship II HN – Develop an understanding of pertinent decisions to be made after obtaining financing to open a small business. Acquire in-depth understanding of business regulations, risks, management, and marketing. Develop a small-business management handbook. English language arts and social studies are reinforced.
Prerequisite: ME11 Entrepreneurship I
