Teacher Registration & FAQs

The Educator Warehouse is open to all WS/FCS classroom teachers.

Registration is required.

All teachers will need to create an account to secure an appointment to shop!

All classroom teachers employed by the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School system are allowed to "shop" at the Educator Warehouse.  Teachers must register in advance for a specific day and time. Please bring your own shopping bags for an extra two points!

Warehouse Closings for 2025-2026

We will close during the Thanksgiving Holiday (November 23-30), Winter Break(December 19 - January 5, 2024) and Spring Break (March 9 - March 14), We will close for summer 2026 on May 15. Please also remember that if the schools are closed due to inclement weather, the warehouse will also be closed.  If you were due to shop on a snow day, your appointment will be cancelled so you can re-register for another day within the quarter.
