• My iPad won't connect to the internet or my connection is slow--

    • For wifi:
      • Make sure the the wifi is enabled.
    • For cellular data:
      1. Make sure data is enabled
      2. Check your data usage to make sure you have high speed data left
      3. Check the upper left hand corner of your iPad screen.  Does it say Locked SIM or Invalid SIM?  If it does, Put in a ticket.

    My iPad will not turn on--

    1. Connect it to a charging cable 
    2. Hold Power and Home buttons together 5 seconds and let go – see an apple appear? 
    3. Still not working? Put in a ticket.

    My iPad is frozen, I click but nothing happens --

    I can’t hear anything --

    1. Hold the volume up button a few seconds 
    2. Make sure there is nothing stuck in the headphone port 
    3. Swipe down from the top right corner, make sure the Bell is not RED and crossed out, if so click it (it needs to be white) 
    4. Still not working? Put in a ticket.

    The app I need has disappeared--

    1. Open Self Service – If you see the app, click Install to download the app 
    2. If you don’t see the app listed, hold Power and Home buttons together 5 seconds and let go – see an apple appear? 
    3. Still not working? Put in a ticket.

    I can't remember the passcode to unlock my iPad--

    I can't remember the password to get into my email, Google Drive, and Powerschool Learning--
