I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with BS in Physical Education/Health and Exercise Science. I began teaching at Moore in 2003. This is my 12th year teaching. Teaching is extremely rewarding and something that I love to do. Helping students learn about how to keep their bodies healthy through exercise and nutrition is a passion for me. I also am the head men's soccer coach at Ronald Reagan High School.
It is time for Jump Rope for Heart! We are super excited about JRFH this year. This year the American Heart Association has added bonus gifts to the regular thank you gifts that the kids can earn. So far over 100 students have earned their first Heart Hero Duck, Quacky! Keep it up. One week left until JRFH!
