WS/FCS Board of Education to Hold Virtual Meeting Tuesday, May 26

May 22, 2020 - The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education will hold its regularly scheduled meeting virtually on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. The board will start in closed session via Microsoft Teams at 5:30 p.m. and then come into open session via Microsoft Teams at 6:30 p.m. The agenda and the supporting materials can be found under the Meetings tab at the top of the Board of Education webpage.

The public is invited to watch the meeting via WS/FCS Educational TV Cable 2 (Spectrum customers) or it can be watched live on the Cable 2 website found via this link.

The public is also invited to speak in the normal public comment sections during the meeting. Those wishing to speak on an Agenda Item can use this link, https://bit.ly/agendaspeaking, to sign up and speak. Speakers must sign up via the electronic form by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26 in order to receive instructions on how to call into the meeting and speak at the given time.

Those wishing to speak on non-agenda items, during the “Meeting Open to the Public” portion of the meeting should use this link,  https://bit.ly/generalspeaking, to sign up to speak. Speakers must sign up to speak by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26 in order to receive instructions on how to call into the meeting and speak at the given time.
